  Update..Went to Billy's today and had a very unpleasant visit. Craving a chicken pot. Their freezer was out so I figured I would ask the guy at the counter who was with a customer at the moment. I waited patiently for my turn or at the very least to get an acknowledgement that I would be helped shortly and all I got was crickets. I understand that it's part of the business to socialize with your customers but c'mon throw me a smile or something. I think what troubled me the most was that the gentleman if we're calling him that glanced over at me and didn't even offer to allow me to cut in knowing he was going to make this a complete social hour. I simply turned around and walked away in hopes that the guy at the register would then acknowledge me or ask if I could be helped. Nothing!!! As I drove away I looked in and could see they were both still chatting away like some hens. You failed miserably tonight Billy's. It will be some time before I go back to this place of business. Screenshot of the time I was there in case anyone is thinking this was all made up. I left my review below from 8 months ago. Also dropped my 5 star to 3. Tonight is 11/14/17. Boar's Head deli meats, great sandwiches, sweets, seafood, meats. Must try the chicken pot pie and pulled pork sandwich. I can go on. Try something new each time you visit. Aside from that the staff is great.
