When my fiancé came in to get a necklace repaired, Mo took the initiative to insult her engagement ring, simply because it wasn't purchased there. She never asked for his opinion. He took it upon himself to give his unsolicited opinion and to make himself look a real jerk in doing so. It's very clear that he has poor values, judgement and business practices. Plenty of other jewelry shops nearby that offer much better service.
