  I cannot believe I was just told by the manager of this place I was taking advantage of them because I wanted the bad job they did removed and my money back. I have been in 3 times already this week and was told it would be "fixed" and each time as soon as I left the lashes were already falling out. They literally told me it wasn't fair to them that they had to keep fixing THEIR mistake. You can see in the picture I attached. The top picture is my normal lashes ( before i went to Lash Spa Boutique ) after I curl them and do them myself. Then the bottom is what two pictures are after i went to Lash Spa Boutique, I can barley open my eyes, they look sleepy, I had multiple people tell me my lashes look weird. All I did was waste my time and money. I asked for them to be removed and a refund and now they are saying they will only refund 30% because that's all they make out of me. This is so crazy . I would recommend going somewhere else and spending the little bit extra to get them done right.

  I went to Lash Spa Boutique today to get lash extensions for the first time. They look beautiful. I love them!! The staff was very friendly and informative. I definitely recommend them.
