Items clearly marked with a warranty on the packaging are not even considered by Lowes. We buy the products from Lowes and then they abandon their customers, while they enjoy the profits from deceptive guarantees printed on labels. This has happened many times from shovels to valves to drills. Harbor Freight has better customer service if your in a hurry. Online or specialty suppliers is a much better option than this big box.
