  I have had nothing but GREAT experiences at Vix Vapes. Courtney is very knowledgeable and friendly and so is Chris and I can get everything I need there. Thank you guys for being the best. It's been over a month since my original review and I am more and more impressed with Chris than when I first wrote my review. He just keeps getting better! Whatever I need, he gets done for me quickly and efficiently.......ALWAYS !!! THANKS CHRIS. YOU'RE THE BEST !!!!!!!!

  Always had positive experiences here except last night. Not even worth 1 star star and I will never go back again. I bought a Smok AL85 there and the display went out so I took it in to see if I could exchange it. The guy at the counter was more interested in whoever he was on the phone with then helping a customer and when I told him what my problem was he says "You got juice in the connection so it shorted, so lessons learned in taking care of your things I guess" This is appalling customer service and this AL-85 wasn't cheap. I will never step foot in this place again!
